Custom bags are made specifically for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure of your design choices before submitting your order.
Please review our available color and fabric selection on the website, as we only offer materials already used in previous collections.

Once your custom order is placed, we cannot accept changes. Be sure to review your design carefully before confirming the order.
Production typically take 4–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and order volume. Once your item is produced, it will be dispatched and tracking details will be sent to your email. Please plan ahead to accommodate the production timeline, especially for gifting or special events.
