Our customer service team is currently operating under our normal business hours. Customer service is available by chat, email, and phone. Please do not send order related inquiries through social media channels as social media agents are unable to access your requests. Generally our sales and social media team will forward your inquiries to our CS inbox which could delay responses. Current response time is up to 72 hours.
The most accurate and up to date information regarding carrier operations or known delays will be found on the carrier's website. If there is no note for delays, the carrier is likely operating under normal times. Visit the links below to check the carrier's websites. We unfortunately do not have any control over carrier operations and delays.

All reservations for AJANI, AZARI & RHYAN ORANGE began shipping on 10.17.22. Orders are dispatched in the order in which they are received thus will complete no later than 11.7.22. This means that our logistics team will provide tracking to you by that date. If you do not receive tracking for your order prior to that date, it means your shipment is pending pickup by the carrier. We will not be able to provide tracking details prior to dispatch. In October we received an influx in orders which may have resulted in a delay in processing your order. Our logistics team is working 8 hours daily to fulfill as many orders as allowable per day. We are currently following the schedule below for processing. Please check order numbers for an estimated completed window for your order. Orders are being processed in daily batches. We expect order processing to return to normal 11/7/22. Here are October’s estimates.
