Terms and Conditions for Business Mentorship Program

The following terms and conditions govern your participation in our business mentorship program. By enrolling in the program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Description of the Program

Our business mentorship program is designed to provide personalized coaching and guidance to help you grow your business. The program includes one-on-one mentorship sessions, access to exclusive resources and materials, and ongoing support.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the program, you must be a business owner or entrepreneur who is committed to growing your business. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment to anyone who does not meet our eligibility requirements.

3. Enrollment and Payment

To enroll in the program, you must complete our application and pay the required fees. Payment must be made in full before the start of the program. Payment is non-refundable. 

4. Mentorship Sessions

The program includes a specified number of mentorship sessions, which will be scheduled in advance. It is your responsibility to attend these sessions on time and prepared. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice or the session will be forfeited.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during the mentorship sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without your express consent, except where required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees or representations about the success of your business or the results of the mentorship program. Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the program.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time for any reason. If we terminate your enrollment, you will be entitled to a prorated refund based on the remaining sessions. If you terminate your participation, the membership fees are not refundable. 

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided as part of the mentorship program are the property of the program and may not be reproduced or distributed without our express consent.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are located.

10. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the mentorship program and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral.

By enrolling in our business mentorship program, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
